The book is ready to order through the print-on-demand creator Lulu. I will add it to Amazon and other distributors in a few weeks. Amazon takes a MUCH bigger chunk of my revenue than Lulu and if you can support me early with orders, I would very much appreciate it. I think the Amazon price will be the same. Fans get ’em first!
